How Much Do New/Existing Templates Cost?

Please note that the template prices below are in regards to most PDF formats, for more complex formats we will quote you a price.

  • New templates: $16, €15, £12 (per template)
  • Existing template*: $10, €9.50, £7.50 (per template)
  • Job setup fee*: $34, 31, £25

* The job setup fee and changes to an existing template will apply if the order/amendments comes in after a period of 1 month from the (last) template creation.

Some examples:

  • Situation 1 - You request 1 new template 1st Jan the cost would be £25 + £12 = £37.
  • Situation 2 - You request 2 templates 1st Jan the cost would be £25 + £24 = £49.
  • Situation 3 - You request 1 template 1st Jan and 1 template 15th January the cost would be £25 + £24 = £49 - this is because it's still within the 1 month period, since the last template request on the 1st Jan.
  • Situation 4 - You request 1 template 1st Jan and 1 template 18th February the cost would be £50 + £24 = £74 - this is because a month has passed between the last template request.
  • Situation 5 - You request 1 existing template modification 1st Jan the cost would be £25 + £7.50 = £32.5.
  • Situation 6 - You request 1 new template and 1 existing template modification 1st Jan the cost would be £25 + £12 = £44.5.

I Need More Template Packs

Template packs are the maximum amount of templates you'll be allowed on your system.

Please visit the pricing page - to see the full breakdown of costs regarding "Additional Template Packs". Once you've decided on how many you will require, please create a ticket on our portal to let us know.

I Need A New Template Created

Please see our PDF Markup documentation page for a guide on how to create a markup for your new template(s).

Once done we ask that the exported PDF Markup files and 3-5 sample PDF’s are uploaded to the portal. We ask that the sample PDF’s are sent over in a zip file, as it makes it easier for you to upload multiple PDF’s at once and it’s also easier for us to download it altogether as well. We also recommend sending PDF examples where there are multiple pages/variations - so that we can ensure your template is created correctly.

Once the templates are made (it can take anywhere between 2-5 working days for templates to be created - more complex templates may take longer) we'll update your support ticket on the portal with instructions on how to import them.

What's The Difference Between Template Creation & Template Packs?
  • Template Creation = This is the process of creating a new template or making changes to an existing template.
  • Template Packs = This is the maximum amount of templates you'll be allowed on your system.
