Business Documents To EDI Message Conversion

If your business already uses an EDI solution and you are looking to automate the processing of business documents received as email attachments then you can use our solution to convert the business documents – received as PDF, Excel, CSV, XML files – into the required EDI format.

The converted business documents can then be processed by your EDI system to generate new sales orders, supplier invoices, quotation requests, etc.

Equally, if you have business partners that want to receive EDI messages but your system can only generate PDF documents, our solution can convert your PDFs into the required EDI format. You will need to confirm with your customer that they can accept EDI messages via email but this is usually acceptable.
